# \hbadness

TEX 引擎提供这些命令 `\hbadness` 和 `\vbadness` 这些命令用于帮助 TEX 判断并报告某个特定的水平盒或垂直盒是否属于内容不足或内容过满。请注意，这些命令不会改变或影响排版后盒子的外观，它们只是决定 TEX *报道* 告诉你。

* `\hbadness[=]<number>`: `\hbadness` 指定一个阈值坏度值，用于在将水平盒分类为内容不足或内容过满时使用。
* `\vbadness[=]<number>`: `\vbadness` 指定一个阈值坏度值，用于在将垂直盒分类为内容不足或内容过满时使用。

使用示例：

* `\vbadness=1000` 或 `\vbadness 1000` （“=”号可选）
* `\hbadness=500` 或 `\hbadness 500` （“=”号可选）
