# Dropbox 同步

**Dropbox 同步** 是 [高级功能](/latex/zh-cn/zhi-shi-ku/120-overleaf-premium-features.md)。Overleaf 高级功能可供以下用户使用： [Overleaf Commons](https://www.overleaf.com/for/universities)，组成员 [订阅](https://www.overleaf.com/for/groups)，以及个人 [订阅](https://www.overleaf.com/user/subscription/plans).

Overleaf 的 Dropbox 同步功能可让您将 Overleaf 项目与 Dropbox 文件夹同步。您的 Overleaf 更新会自动推送到 Dropbox，而您在 Dropbox 中所做的任何更改也会自动反映到您的 Overleaf 项目中。

此功能可让您在 Overleaf 之外访问项目内容，包括项目的完整源代码和图像文件；在多个设备之间在线备份您的工作；并可离线访问您的工作以独立处理。

请注意，开启 Dropbox 同步并不会让您的协作者也将项目同步到他们本地的 Dropbox 文件夹中（除非他们也订阅了高级版）。对于希望启用协作者本地同步的高级用户，我们建议使用 [Git 或 GitHub 同步选项](/latex/zh-cn/zhi-shi-ku/041-git-integration-and-github-synchronization.md).

## 如何设置？

要设置 Overleaf Dropbox 同步，您必须先通过您的 [账户设置](https://www.overleaf.com/user/settings).

一旦您点击“链接”，您将被带到 Dropbox 授权页面，您可以使用您的 Dropbox 凭据登录。

当您成功将 Overleaf 账户与 Dropbox 账户链接后，您会返回“账户设置”页面，并看到您的账户已链接的确认信息。

如果您需要解除 Dropbox 账户的链接，或者查看当前同步状态，可以返回“账户设置”页面中的 Dropbox 部分。

## 它看起来是什么样？

设置好 Overleaf Dropbox 同步后，您会在 Dropbox 的 Apps 文件夹中看到一个 Overleaf 文件夹被创建。每个项目都会与 Dropbox 中 Apps/Overleaf 下的一个文件夹同步。

注意：无法指定您希望将 Overleaf 项目同步到哪个 Dropbox 文件夹。由于 Dropbox 的限制，您的文件始终会同步到 Dropbox 的 Apps/Overleaf 文件夹。

为您的项目创建 Dropbox 文件夹时，通常文件夹名称与项目名称相同。如果您有同名项目，Dropbox 文件夹的名称可能会自动附加一个递增数字，以便每个文件夹都有唯一名称。

您可以通过点击 **Dropbox** 按钮，在您项目的 **菜单**中查看与您的项目关联的 Dropbox 文件夹。这也会显示当前状态，并提供一个直接触发后台同步的选项。

## 有哪些好处？

此集成会在 Dropbox 和 Overleaf 之间实现双向更新。这意味着您对这些文件夹内容所做的任何更改都可以同步并反映到 Overleaf 中。其中包括：

* 在 Dropbox 的 Apps/Overleaf 文件夹中添加到某个文件夹的新文件，会导致这些文件上传到相应的 Overleaf 项目中。
* 对 Dropbox Apps/Overleaf 中文件的更改会导致这些文件在 Overleaf 中更新。
* 在 Dropbox Apps/Overleaf 文件夹中新建一个文件夹，会导致在 Overleaf 中创建一个包含相同内容的新项目。
* 在 Overleaf 中所做的任何更改都会导致 Apps/Overleaf 文件夹中出现相应更改。

## 哪些 Overleaf 项目会被同步？

您拥有的或被明确授予编辑权限的所有活动 Overleaf 项目都将与您的 Dropbox 账户同步。

您在 Overleaf 项目列表中的已归档和已丢弃项目，在归档或丢弃后将不再与 Dropbox 主动同步。但这些文件的副本仍会保留在您的 Dropbox 文件夹中，因为许多用户将我们的 Dropbox 同步功能用作 Overleaf 项目的备份。

### 将与 Dropbox 同步的项目：

* 由您拥有且处于活动状态。
* 直接与您共享，且您可以编辑。

### 不会与 Dropbox 同步的项目

* 由您拥有且已归档或已丢弃。
* 直接与您共享，但为“只读”。
* 通过链接与您共享。

请注意：一旦项目被归档，您在 Dropbox 中所做的任何更新都将停止同步到 Overleaf。但是，如果您继续在 Overleaf 中编辑已归档项目，这些更改仍可能会发送到 Dropbox。具体来说，您更改的文件会再次发送到您的 Dropbox。归档项目会停止一个方向的同步，即 Dropbox 到 Overleaf，但不会停止 Overleaf 到 Dropbox 方向的同步。

## 在同步项目之前我应该知道什么？

请注意某些 Dropbox 行为及其对您的 Overleaf 项目的潜在影响。

* 如果您删除 Dropbox 上的一个文件夹，其中的所有内容都将从 Overleaf 中移除，但项目本身仍会保留，以保留其历史记录。
* 请谨慎在 Dropbox 中重命名或移动项目文件夹，或重命名 Dropbox 中项目内的任何文件/文件夹。这些操作可能会被解释为“删除并创建”，从而导致 Overleaf 中的历史记录、修订跟踪和评论丢失。

## 故障排除

如果您的 Overleaf 项目停止与 Dropbox 同步，请检查以下内容。

* 停止同步的项目是否在“存档”或“垃圾箱”中？
* 您是否对该项目拥有编辑权限？
* 您是否已超出 [文件限制](/latex/zh-cn/zhi-shi-ku/119-overleaf-plan-limits.md) ，适用于 Overleaf 项目？
* 您是否添加了 Overleaf 不支持的文件（例如 .doc 文件）？
* 您的任何文件是否包含 Dropbox 文件名不支持的字符？在某些情况下，如果文件夹未分配给具有唯一名称的项目，Dropbox 可能会解除链接，以防止更改被应用到错误的项目。如果由于这个原因，您的 Overleaf 账户和 Dropbox 已解除链接，请将项目重命名为唯一名称后即可再次链接到 Dropbox。
