# 加入 Overleaf Commons 订阅

如果您是某个机构的成员，而该机构有一个 [Overleaf Commons](https://www.overleaf.com/for/universities) 您符合加入条件的订阅，您可以使用现有的 Overleaf 账户来完成此操作。您无需创建新的 Overleaf 账户即可加入您所在机构的 Overleaf 订阅。您的 Overleaf 账户属于您自己，并且可以随您一起转移。

## Overleaf 账户和订阅

您的 Overleaf 账户是您项目所在之处，并为您提供在 Overleaf 中与他人协作的身份。

* 您的 Overleaf 账户可以关联到一个 [订阅](https://www.overleaf.com/user/subscription/plans) 并获得高级功能的访问权限。
* 您可以退出订阅并恢复到免费方案，而不会失去对项目或当前协作的访问权限。

您在免费方案或任何其他方案下创建的 Overleaf 账户，才是您应继续使用的账户；当您的账户信息发生变化时，例如电子邮件地址或机构隶属关系发生变化时，也应继续使用该账户。这些信息可以通过您的 [账户设置](https://www.overleaf.com/user/settings).

## 我如何得知我的机构是否拥有 Overleaf Commons 订阅？

Overleaf 的许多 Commons 合作伙伴列在我们的 [大学页面](https://www.overleaf.com/for/universities)上。如果您的机构列在其中，点击所提供的链接将带您进入该机构的 **Overleaf 门户** 页面。Overleaf 门户页面提供有关哪些人有资格订阅的信息，以及指向资源的有用链接。

## 加入 Overleaf Commons 订阅

## 检查您的隶属关系和订阅状态

请确保您已经确认了您的机构邮箱，方式可以是点击发送到您机构账户的确认邮件中的链接，或者通过机构 SSO 登录。您的隶属关系应显示在您 [账户设置](https://www.overleaf.com/user/settings) 的区域中，位于您的机构邮箱旁边。

如果您有资格参与您所在机构的 Overleaf Commons 订阅，您的 [账户订阅](https://www.overleaf.com/user/subscription) 区域将显示一条消息，说明您拥有一个 Overleaf 专业账户。

## 如果我要离开或毕业了，我该怎么办？

如果您不小心创建了第二个 Overleaf 账户，我们建议您：

1. 将该第二个账户中创建的任何项目转移到您原来的 Overleaf 账户；
2. 删除第二个未使用的 Overleaf 账户；
3. 将额外的电子邮件地址添加到您原来的 Overleaf 账户。
